ThisWay Global Celebrates 10 Years of Innovation and Growth

ThisWay Global is celebrating a decade of innovation, collaboration, and growth, from its beginnings in AI-powered talent acquisition to a company serving more than 1,000 customers.

Founded in Texas on September 30, 2016, by Angela Hood, ThisWay Global began with a clear mission: help people and organizations adopt artificial intelligence in ways that benefit businesses, communities, and society.

That mission continues to guide the Company today. Over the past decade, ThisWay Global has expanded its focus from talent acquisition to responsible AI adoption, sovereign computing infrastructure, and workforce development.

The journey has included participation in Google’s accelerator program, selection for Texas Tech University’s NVIDIA supercomputer initiative, and the acquisition of RACC, reflecting the Company’s continued evolution and expanding capabilities.

These achievements reflect the collective contributions of ThisWay Global’s team, customers, partners, investors, and Board of Directors. From those who supported the Company in its earliest days to those working with it today, each has helped shape its progress.

As ThisWay Global enters its next decade, its focus remains clear: help organizations make informed AI decisions, develop the infrastructure to support them, and prepare the workforce to put these technologies to use responsibly. Through its Sovereign Blueprint, the Company aims to help organizations understand where AI can add value, and where it may not be the right solution.
